ChurchCore Privacy Policy

ChurchCore is a church communication app for news, chats, schedules, files, members, service plans, notifications, and calendars.

No Advertising or Tracking

ChurchCore does not collect personal information for advertising, sell personal information, or use third-party ad tracking.

Information Stored in the App

ChurchCore stores the information that users and churches choose to add, such as account details, church memberships, profile fields, messages, posts, files, photos, videos, events, service assignments, availability, inbox items, notification preferences, and calendar settings. We also store limited technical records needed for login, security, troubleshooting, notifications, payments, and audit logs.

How Information Is Used

Information is used only to run ChurchCore features, show church and group content, send notifications, sync calendars, process voluntary support through Stripe, maintain security, and troubleshoot issues.

Sharing

Information is visible only to the churches, groups, members, and administrators allowed to access it in the app. ChurchCore uses service providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Google, Apple, and push notification providers to operate the app.

Deletion

You can update your profile, leave a church, delete your account, or ask a church admin to update or remove church-scoped information. Some records may remain temporarily in backups, logs, payment records, or audit records when required for security or operations.
